keema mattar-for the recipe(Keema matar)-1cup
Cooked basmati rice-2 cups
coriander leaves and mint minced-3 tbsp
fried cashews,raisins,and pistachos-for garnish
Mix the rice ,keema,herbs and nuts together.Add salt if required.Now boil waterwith 1tsp salt and immerse each pepper in this for 5 minutes.Let it cool.Now carefully cut out the top of pepper.Remove the seeds and stuff with the rice keema mix.Add grated cheese on top.Close the top of pepper and cook in a preheated oven at 180 deg cel for 10mins.
