Chickpea pulao

Had a busy day today.Was wondering what to cook for lunch when I found the left over Chole.I made this pulao out of it.It was a quick fix but tasted good.

Chole-1 cup
basmati rice-11/2 cup
cardamom -1 pod crushed
cinnamon stick-1inch
coriander leaves-2 sprig
oil/ghee-2 tbsp
salt as per taste

For the chole recipe,kindly check this linkchole-chickpea-curry.Heat a sauce pan.Add oil.Roast the whole spices in it.Now add water.When it boils,add the rice and salt.When rice is cooked.Drain the water.Mix the rice with the chickpea curry.Sprinkle coriander leaves.

Serve hot with salads or just like that!!!!!!!
