aaloo ka paratha ( flat bread with potato stuffing)

Parathas are tasty and made with different fillings like fenugreek leavesq, paneer,carrot , potato etc.




Ingredients;
whole wheat flour-2 cups
potatoes-4 medium sized
onion-1/2 medium
green chllies-2
ginger-1tbsp minced
fresh coriander-1sprig 
cumin powder-1tsp
chilli powder/pepper powder-1tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
salt as per taste
butter/ghee/oil

Boil and mash the potaoes.Mince together onion, chilli,ginger and coriander leaves.(If you saute the onions and ginger it will be soft ),though i did not.Mix this with the mashed potatoes.Add the powdered spices and salt.make small balls of this mixture.(Apply some oil on hands to prevent sticking).Knead the flour in to a soft dough.Add the salt as per taste.make equal sized balls from the dough.Take a ball flatten it with fingers and palm of ur hands. Now place the potato balls in centre and close the dough around and shape it into balls.I did not use rolling pin,instead I flattened it out with my hands.heat a pan and put the paratha onto it.Flip to the other side when one side is done.Apply some ghee or butter.for glaze and taste.
Serve hot with raita or sweetened yogurt!!!!!!!!!!!
