Ingredients;
tender methi leaves-2 cups
grated coconut-1/2 cup
shallots-4 to5-minced
turmeric-1tsp
green chilly-1 minced
mustard seed-1tsp
urad dal-1tsp
dry red chilli-2
oil-2tsp
salt as per taste
Cut the leaves small.Add the coconut, onion,green chillies,turmeric and salt.Mix it well.Now heat the oil in a pan.splutter the mustards now add the urad dal and red chillies.Then add the methi leaves.Give it a stir.Close the lid and let it cook in the steam.u may add 1 to 2 tsp of water if its very dry.when done serve it with dal rice.!!!!!!!!
