Lasagne-indian version

Lasagne at our home is prepared by cooking the minced meat separately unlike normally we cook it with the lasagne sheet.I have written it as an indianised version cos we make it very spicy.I have used beef but u can use minced lamb, chicken or zuchinni(veggie option).Also we did not add wine.
I love cooking it with my husband.

Ingredients;
For the mince
minced meat-1/2kg
onion-minced 2 small
ginger garlic-minced 2tbsp
potato-1small
green peas-1/2 cup
tomatoes-2 med-cut
masala-chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
turmeric-1 tsp
coriander powder-1tbsp
garam masala-1tbsp
pepper powder-1tsp
salt as per taste

White sauce;
butter-2tbsp
all purpose flour-3tbsp

milk-11/2 cup
cheese-1/cup

Lasagne sheets-7
grated cheese-1cup

Saute the onions, ginger and garlic.Add the masala powders.Roast it then add the tomatoes.Saute it.Now add the minced meat,peas and potato.Pressure cook this for 3 whistle.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce.Heat the pan.Add the butter.When it melts add the flour.Stir it well avoid browning.When the raw smell of flour is gone Add the milk.Heat it then stir in the cheese.Heat it till the sauce thickens then put off the flame.
Put the lasagne sheets in hot water for 10 minutes.
Now take an oven friendly vessel.Add 1/3rd of the minced meat,then layer the lasagne sheets.Pour 1/3rd of white sauce and top it with some cheese.epeat the steps upto 3 to 4 layers.The final layer is lasagne sheets topped with sauce and then the grated cheese.Cover it with an aluminium foil.
Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 180deg cel.Bake the lasagne for 30 minutes covered then remove the foil and cook it for 15 mins.
Serve with potato chips or vegetables of ur choice!!!!!!!!!!.
Lasagne always taste better the next day.Just need to reheat it in the oven.
