Green chillies-2,finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Mix the curd,gramflour and the water to form a watery liquid.Add the green chillies and ginger with some salt as per taste. Cook this mix on a medium flame stirring continously.Cook until the liquid begins to thicken.You may add water if desired.Heat oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds.Now add the cumin seeds,red chillies,curry leaves,cinnamon and asafoetida.When the cumin takes up colour, pour this mix into the yogurt mix.Stir well.Allow this kadhi to cook on a medium flame. Stir continously and cook for 3 to 4 mins.
Serve with boiled rice!!!!!
