Baked Salmon with Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients;
Salmon fillets-5 to 6
Potatoes-3,large,cut into wedges
Carrots-2,cut into chunks
Onion-1,roughly chopped
Garlic-2 cloves,crushed
Pepper powder-1/2tsp
Chilli/Papriks-1/2tsp
Turmeric-1/2tsp
Salt
Oil -2tsp
Take the vegetables in a bowl,add the crushed garlic.Sprinkle 1/4tsp turmeric and pepper each and salt.Coat it well.Sprinkle the oil on top.Lay this on a greased baking tray and roast it in a preheated oven at 180-200 deg cel for 30mins.Meanwhile coat the fish fillets with chilli,1/4tsp turmeric,1/4 tsp pepper powder and salt.After 30 mins,take the tray with vegetables out and turn the potato wedges to the other side.Lay the fillets on top and allow it to cook in the oven for 20 mins.After this reverse the side of the fish fillets and bake for another 10 mins.
Ready to serve!!!!!!!!
