Dry Fruit Bread

I have recently discovered how to bake breads,thx to my friend Sabrina.She makes it soooo simple.It was edible the 3 rd time.

Wholemeal flour-1cup
Self raising flour-1cup
Warm milk-1cup
Butter-1/4 cup
dry flax seeds-25 gms
pecan nuts-25 gms chopped
dried apricots-cut into small pieces-25 gms
raisins-25 gms
black poppy seeds-2tsp
You may use brown bread mix if you wish.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately together.Now add wet ingredient into the dry mix slowly mixing it to form a porridge like consistency.
Preheat oven at 180deg cel.Bake the bread for 30 to 45 minutes till baked and a fork when inserted come out clean.
This bread is heavy unlike other breads.You may have it alone or with a little butter.tastes yummy either way.
