Ingredients:
2 1/4cup-self raising flour
egg-1
2 cups powdered sugar
canned pineapple-1/2 cup crushed
walnut-1/4 cup
1/3 cup-melted butter
2tsp-pineapple or vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt.
Mix the above ingredients together.Preheat oven at 160 deg cel.coop the batter into cupcake cups and bake it for 20 to 30 minutes at160deg cel.
Once done allow into cool down on a wire rack.ur cupcakes are ready to eat!!!!!!!!
