Mini Fish Cakes

Fish Fillets-500 grams, cooked and flaked
Onion-1, finely chopped
Ginger-1/2 tbsp,finely chopped
Green chillies-3, finely chopped
Parsley-2 to 3 tbsp, finely chopped
Grated Cheese-1/2 cup
Salt and Pepper

Heat the oil in a pan. Saute the onion, ginger and green chillies until cooked.
In a bowl add the sauted onion, flaked fish, breadcrumbs, whisked eggs, parsley, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well and divide the mix into 15 equal portions. Shape each into a round disc . Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 10-12 minutes.
