Ingredients;
Chicken fillets -5
Ginger- ½ inch
Garlic cloves-2
Lemon grass 2 stalks;
remove the hard skin
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Garam Masala-1tsp
Garam Masala-1tsp
Lime juice – 2 tbsps
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Olive oil -1 to 2
tbsps
Salt as per taste
Make a smooth paste of all the ingredients except chicken.
Coat the chicken
fillets with the paste.
Grill the marinated chicken in a preheated
oven for 25-30minutes at 180 degree celcius.
