Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Green chillies-2,1slit and 1finely chopped
Oil 2to 3 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Mix the ginger garlic paste, turmeric and 2 pinches of salt.Coat the prawns with it.Keep aside to marinate for atleast 10mins. In a pan heat 1tbsp of oil.Throw in the finely chopped ginger garlic,chilly and coriander saute it for a minute. Allow it to cool down. Add in the coconut and cashews and grind this into a smooth paste.In the same pan heat a tbsp of oil.Splutter the mustard seeds and brown the fenugreek seeds. Add the chopped onion ans stir it until translucent.Add in the chilli and coriander powder followed by the tomatoes. When the tomatoes are cooked pour in the green paste and cook it until oil separates.Add in the prawns and pour in water. Cook for 2 to 3mins.
Serve with naan,rice or rotis!!!!!!!!!!!!!
