Ingredients;
Fish fillet-250 gms,cut into cubes(I used Salmon)
Egg-1,beaten
Plain flour-1/2cup
Pepper powder-1/2tsp
Salt as per taste
Oregano-1/2tsp
Oil for deep frying
Coat the fish with pepper and salt.Mix the flour and oregano well.Heat oil.Dip each fish piece into the beaten egg and coat it with the dry flour mix.Deep fry on medium flame for 5 to 6 mins until golden brown.
Serve with lime wedges or sauce!!!!!
