Pull Apart Bread




Ingredients;
Plain flour-2cups
Yeast-2tsp,dissolved in lukewarm water
Egg-1,beaten
Sugar-2tsp
Salt-1tsp
Milk -50mls
Butter-50 gms melted+2tbsp
Powdered sugar-3tbsp
Powdered cinnamon-1tsp




Mix the first 7 ingredients and form a loose dough.Leave it to rise for 3hours.Knead it again.Flatten the dough with a rolling pin .Mix the 2tbsp butter with the powdered cinnamon and sugar.Apply it evenly on the flattened dough.Then cut it into equal squares (refer the picture.).Stack each square on top of another facing the buttered surface up.Bake it in a rectangular tray in a preheated oven at 180deg for 45 mins.Dust with some powdered sugar and cinnamon.I did not bother to do it.



Serve with jam and a cup of tea!!!!!!!!!!
