Chicken -1 cup,cooked and shredded
Mushrooms-6 to 8 diced
corn flour-11/2 tsp
salt if required
coriander leaves-2 sprigs,finely chopped
Water-2to 3 cups
Boil water,add salt and 1 tbsp olive oil.Add the pasta to this and let it cook for 7 to 8 mins or as instructions on the packet.When done,drain and wash it under cold water.
Now heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.Add the ginger garlic paste.To this add the onions.Saute it till cooked.Now add the tomato puree and let it cook for 1 to 2 mins.Sprinkle cumin powder.Add in the mushrooms and cook it for few mins.Lastly throw in the chicken and pasta and pour the soya sauce.You may add 50 mls of water if you think its too thick.Close the pan and allow it to cook for 3 mins so that flavours mix well.Mix the corn flour in 2 to 3 tbsp of water.Add it to the pasta.Allow the gravy to thicken,sprinkle coriander leaves.Mix well and serve hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!
