This recipe is adapted from khaugiri;a wonderful blog i came across today.
Methi/fenugreek leaves-2cups,washed,cleaned and finely chopped
Add fenugreek leaves and the powdered spices with salt to the flour.Mix it.Now add the curd and knead the dough.You can add 2tbsp olive oil to this and knead it into a soft dough.Divide it into equal balls.Now using a rolling pin,roll it into flat rotis,Heat a pan and cook the teplas on both sides.Apply ghee to both sides.
Serve hot with sweetened curd!!!!!!!!!
