Ingredients;
Puffed rice-2 cups
tomato-1 thinly chopped
onion-1
boiled potato-2 to 3 tbsp
raw mango-1/2 small-thinly chopped
green chilli-1 minced
tamarind chutney-4tbsp(boil 50gmsof jaggery with 25 gms oftamarind with 1tsp of cumin seed till it thickens)
mint chutney-1 to 2 tbsp(grind mint 50 gms with 2 green chillies)
sev-50 gms
coriander leaves-2 sprig
Mix all these ingredients together.Garnish with some sev and coriander leaves.Make it just before serving.
Khajur chutney can be used instead of tamarind chutney .
